MacroFuel LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to MacroFuel.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date for new subscriptions, and within 30 days of each renewal date for renewing subscriptions.
14-day free trial
New customers get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged until you choose to upgrade. The refund window applies to your first paid charge after the trial.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase, or
- Email us at admin@macro-fuel.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
